Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Times Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International Orders PureFlow Home ships to select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
